Healthy Meat Diet

Every diet has its term and even this delicious one. The point is that doctors do not advise to eat too much meat because of the nitrous substances in it. Daily ration has to include 3-5 portions about 100-150g each.

Usually this type of protein diet has such restrictions: you cannot eat flour-containing and confectionary products, cereals, salt, sugar and sweets, fruits, some vegetables (potato, carrot and podded vegetables), alcohol, sweet drinks and milk products. However, you can eat any meat, but it must not be fatty. Eggs are recommended too. If you use oil, take an olive one. You should also drink a lot of water. Every detail is important here. It is possible to make a menu for 7- or 10-day diet.

Here is one of healthy meat diet variants:
Monday: For breakfast you will need some cucumber & greens salad, 100g of lean pork. For second breakfast eat 1 egg and 1 sausage. For lunch take 100g of chicken. For dinner boiled beets are offered. For supper just eat 100g of fish.

Tuesday: For breakfast you will need 100g of beef. For second breakfast eat 50g of greens salad. For lunch take 100g of beef and 1 tomato. For dinner take 1 sausage. For supper you are allowed to eat 200g of chicken.

Wednesday: For breakfast you will need 100g of stewed fish. For second breakfast eat 1 egg and 1 sausage. For lunch take 100g of lean pork. For dinner prepare a vegetable salad. For supper you are allowed to eat 100g of boiled shrimps.

Thursday: For breakfast you will need 100g of beef and greens salad. For second breakfast eat 1 tomato and 1 sausage. For lunch take 100g of turkey. For dinner prepare 1 egg, cucumber salad. For supper you are allowed to eat 100g of chicken.

Friday: For breakfast you will need 100g of lean pork. For second breakfast eat cabbage & greens salad. For lunch take 100g of fish. For dinner prepare boiled beets. For supper you are allowed to eat 1 sausage.

Saturday: For breakfast you will need 50g of turkey. For second breakfast eat 1 egg and 1 tomato. For lunch take 100g of chicken, cucumber salad. For dinner prepare cabbage with an olive oil. For supper you are allowed to eat 100g of boiled shrimps.

Sunday: For breakfast you will need 100g of fish. For second breakfast eat 1 egg and 1 cucumber. For lunch take 200g of lean pork. For dinner prepare greens and tomato salad. For supper you are allowed to eat 100g of chicken.
