Healthy Homemade Salad Dressing

Now it is possible to find everything in the supermarket. Even sauces call us with the colorful packing! The brighter packing the more artificial its taste. In most cases, no chemical copies even remind original ones. Moreover, even if you think it is delicious, you just need to read composition and all happiness will vanish at once. Of course, there are exceptions, but such products are quite expensive. For example, it is possible to find staggering pesto!

However, even in this case, cooking of homemade dressing will become cheaper and tastier. Even domestic mayonnaise, for which the most usual ingredients are needed, turns out to be much more delicious. Except mayonnaise and pesto sauce it is possible to make the enormous amount of delicious sauces and healthy salad dressings. In order to share it with you we offer simple recipes of healthy dressings for salads to your attention.

Scallion & Grapefruit. Ingredients: 1 tea-spoon of olive oil, 1/2 of cup finely cut scallion (cup ~ 200 ml), 2 cups of grapefruit juice (approximately 3 grapefruits), swept 2 soupspoons of cut coriander, 2 tea-houses of spoon of sugar, 1/4 tea-spoons of the black ground pepper, 2 soupspoons of olive oil.

Outpour on a warmed-up frying pan 1 tea-house of spoon of olive oil and add a shallot. Continuously stirring, take it to the yellow-green color and infuse grapefruit juice. Then continue to prepare until the amount of liquid will not diminish for 1/3 (on a middle fire it takes approximately 6 minutes). Then take off from a fire to cool. After that add some pepper, coriander and sugar and fluff it up with blender. Fluffing up, add 2 soupspoons of olive oil in it.

Avocado & Yoghurt. Ingredients: 1 avocado, 1/2 finely cut scallion, 1/4 of Greek yoghurt cup, 1 soupspoon of maple syrup, 1 soupspoon of apple vinegar, 1 lime zest and juice, pepper, salt.

Now you need only to mix all ingredients and fluff it up with blender. If the maple syrup is missing, it is possible to melt brown sugar or add honey.

Lemon & Honey. Ingredients: 6 soupspoons of olive oil, 3 soupspoons of lemon-juice, 1 soupspoon of honey, sea salt and black hammers pepper to liking.

Again, mix up all ingredients and serve up.
