Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Dressing Recipe

Dressing is a simple name for salad fuelling. There were the first refueling, of course, with the advent of salads. Today, in everyday life there is no need to do such complex filling. You can use quite a standard set of products for preparation of tasty and nutritious sauce for the salad. Although, there are a couple of subtleties in their preparation. As a rule, salad dressings can be divided into two varieties: vegetable salad and salad of meat (fish) salads. The first spinach salad dressing is prepared on the basis of a variety of oils (sunflower, olive, sesame, etc.) and vinegar, which also has a lot of varieties. For meat and fish salads thicker consistency dressing based on mayonnaise, cream, sour cream and yogurt is more suitable. These are obtained by filling thick and very nutritious. Sometimes the second kind of dressings may be used in the case of potato and vegetable salads.

Necessary ingredients for the spinach salad dressing with balsamic vinegar: extra virgin olive oil – 2/3 cup, balsamic vinegar – 1/3 cup, half of a red onion or shallot finely chopped onion (1 pc.), ground pepper black – 0.5 tbsp., spicy mustard – 1.5 tbsp., honey – 1 tbsp. a spoon, 1 tbsp. of fine salt, 2 tbsp. spoons of lemon juice. Chop onions and place in a deep bowl. Add balsamic vinegar. Pour the olive oil by slow trickle, stirring whisk immediately. Add the honey, mustard. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Let it brew for filling in for 2 hours. The sauce is great for vegetables with soft and bland taste. Stored in the refrigerator for a long time up to 4 days.

Spinach Salad with Lemon Garlic Dressing

Spinach salad dressing with blue cheese. Necessary ingredients: mayonnaise, yogurt or buttermilk – 1 cup, blue cheese (Saint Agur Blue, Dor Blue, Gorgonzola, Roquefort, Blue Stilton, Danish Blue) – 150 g, wine vinegar or fresh lemon juice – 2 tbsp. spoons, ground black pepper, Worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp (optional). Mix the mayonnaise or yogurt (you can also use buttermilk – low fat cream) in a bowl with wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and grated blue cheese. To get rid of lumpiness in spinach salad dressing – pass through a blender. Add spices to taste. Be sure to add salt and pepper. Leave spinach salad dressing in a cool place for 3 hours. Shelf refueling within 3 days, otherwise it will deteriorate.
