Necessary ingredients: mayonnaise, yogurt or buttermilk – 1 cup, blue cheese (Saint Agur Blue, Dor Blue, Gorgonzola, Roquefort, Blue Stilton, Danish Blue) – 150 g, wine vinegar or fresh lemon juice – 2 tbsp. spoons, ground black pepper, Worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp (optional). Mix the mayonnaise or yogurt (you can also use buttermilk – low fat cream) in a bowl with wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and grated blue cheese. To get rid of lumpiness in spinach salad dressing – pass through a blender. Add spices to taste. Be sure to add salt and pepper. Leave spinach salad dressing in a cool place for 3 hours. Shelf refueling within 3 days, otherwise it will deteriorate.
