Salads with beans are full-fledged independent dishes, hearty, tasty and healthy. It does not matter from which beans they are cooked – pods or dry beans. Salad of French beans can be cooked in a matter of minutes, it’s enough to boil it in salted water and put out in the vegetable oil or butter. If you remember the time of its intention to prepare a salad of dried beans, soak them in cold water with a pinch of salt: this simple technique will reduce the time of cooking the beans for about 45 minutes. Or pour the beans with cold water, bring to a boil, remove the pan from the heat, cover and leave for an hour so. This would be tantamount to soak the beans overnight. Then boil until soft, but not allowing the bean to be boiled to squash, and serve your French bean salad.

The bean in French bean salad can be served as a basic and an additional ingredient. Any beans go well with salad greens, tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, any raw and fried onions, garlic, nuts. From herbs the best one would be regular parsley, as well as marjoram, savory, tarragon. For the filling, you can select acetic salad dressing, and dairy products such as yoghurt or yoghurt and mayonnaise. Instructions for cooking French bean salad. Throw beans in boiling salted water and cook for 7-10 minutes.
