To cook Asian broccoli salad you’ll need: 500 g of broccoli, 2 oranges, 100 g of white grapes, half a lemon, 200g of natural yogurt with no additives, 1tbsp of mild mustard, pepper, salt to taste. It is necessary to carefully separate the floret of cabbage. Stems are washed and put in a little salted boiling water. Cook the stalks for about 2-3 minutes, so they do not lose their useful properties. Then, in the same water you need to put pre-cleaned florets and cook for another 2 minute. Clean off a peel from oranges and divide them into segments, slices cleaned from top layer. Cut grapes in half, get rid of the seeds. Prepare the dressing for Asian broccoli salad: juice from half a lemon is squeezed gently, add it to yogurt and mustard. Mix all ingredients. Add salad grapes, oranges and seasoning to the Asian broccoli.
