Oatmeal dietary pancakes. Ingredients: 2 cups of oat flakes, 2 eggs, 2/3 cup of milk, 1 banana, 1 pear or apple, 1 soupspoon of honey. Mix all the ingredients in blender. Let it sit for 15 minutes and start making your first really healthy and delicious pancakes!

Oatmeal kefir cupcake. Ingredients: 1 cup of ground oat flakes, 1 cup of another oat flakes, 1/2 cup of kefir, 80g of prunes, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, stevia extract powder. Pour first part of oat flakes with half of glass with boiling water. Grind the second half of oatmeal up in blender or coffee grinder and mix up with kefir. After that, mix these two parts into one with eggs, baking powder and stevia extract powder. Add prunes and mix again. Lay this mass out on the roasting pan smeared with oil. Bake for 50-60 minutes.

Oatmeal cherry muffins. Ingredients: 2 eggs, 50ml of 1% milk, 300g of cherry, 100g of ground oat flakes, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/3 teaspoon of soda, sugar substitute as you wish. Warm an oven up to 180 *ะก. Mix all ingredients up carefully. Fill forms with this mass up to half (cakes will strongly rise). Put a cherry on every muffin, slightly pushing it. Bake for 20 minutes and then get it cold.
