Simple Smoked Salmon Salad

Salmon of cold or hot smoking can be put in salads – this fish is combined with fresh herbs and olive oil. Wrapped in pancakes or used as a filling ingredient for pizza pies. Recipe for pasta smoked salmon salad is simple and easy. Suitable as well as for the festive table, and for dinner on a weekday in the family. Enjoy a delicious meal. For 2 servings, you will need 150 grams of pasta, 150 grams of smoked salmon, 200 grams of broccoli, 150 of small tomatoes, a bunch of fresh basil, a pinch of pink pepper (peas), olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon juice, 2 cloves of garlic, salt. Prepare the ingredients for the smoked salmon salad.

Cut the smoked salmon into slices, cut broccoli into florets, tomatoes are cut into slices, tear basil, and finely chop the garlic. Cook the broccoli. Boil water in a pan, toss broccoli for 2 minutes. Then, in a skillet, heat the olive oil, toss the garlic and fry a few minutes, when the garlic become fragrant – discard, add the broccoli and cook for 3-5 minutes (remember, broccoli should remain crunchy). Meanwhile, boil the pasta to a state of Al Dente, drain and let cool. Put the pasta in a bowl, add salmon, broccoli, tomatoes and basil. Season the smoked salmon salad with dressing. For the dressing, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, pink pepper, salt. Arrange the salad in a la carte dish and serve warm.

Smoked Salmon Salad with Mango

Great start for the festive dinner – a light salad with slices of smoked salmon. Note the filling of cream and basil: it emphasizes the very good taste of all the ingredients. To cook smoked salmon salad you will need: 200 g fillet of smoked salmon skin, 100 g of arugula, 2 medium cucumbers, bunch of green basil, 100 g of mayonnaise salt, freshly ground black pepper. Cut the smoked salmon into thin slices. Cucumbers are cut into circles. Put the basil leaves in a blender. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper and whisk well. Arrange arugula on a platter. Beautifully spread out cucumber slices and smoked salmon. Pour the sauce and leave smoked salmon salad for 5 minutes. Try to cut the fish as thin as possible – rolls will look neater. Salmon can be replaced by smoked salmon or trout. And if you opt for tofu, you will get a wonderful meatless salad for lunch or a light dinner.
