Cut the smoked salmon into slices, cut broccoli into florets, tomatoes are cut into slices, tear basil, and finely chop the garlic. Cook the broccoli. Boil water in a pan, toss broccoli for 2 minutes. Then, in a skillet, heat the olive oil, toss the garlic and fry a few minutes, when the garlic become fragrant – discard, add the broccoli and cook for 3-5 minutes (remember, broccoli should remain crunchy). Meanwhile, boil the pasta to a state of Al Dente, drain and let cool. Put the pasta in a bowl, add salmon, broccoli, tomatoes and basil. Season the smoked salmon salad with dressing. For the dressing, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, pink pepper, salt. Arrange the salad in a la carte dish and serve warm.
