Ingredients for first black bean salad with corn: beans, canned in own juice – 1 jar, canned corn – 1 jar, cheese – 200 g, boiled eggs – 3 pieces, garlic – 3 cloves, sour cream – 200 g, crackers – 50 g, salt, ground black pepper.
Banks with beans and maize should be opened, drained and put it all into a deep bowl. Boil eggs, peel and grate garlic and cheese. Mix all ingredients, add salt, pepper and sour cream. To make croutons, cut bread into cubes and dry in the oven or on frying pan. Add croutons in the salad only before serving.
