Edamame Bean Salad Recipe

Under edamame mysterious name none other than as soy beans hides, collected in a special way – before they ripen completely. Essentially, this vegetable is green, barely formed soybeans. How to Cook Edamame Bean Salad

With regard to the use of edamame, it is well known that green beans have high levels of fats, particularly polyunsaturated fatty acids, and essential omega-3. Also there is high content of vitamins (e.g., group B), folic acid and fiber in these beans. Constant eating of edamame bean salad is the prevention of heart disease. For cooking edamame bean salad you will need: 1 fillet of red tunny, black pepper, salt, 1 tbsp. of soy sauce, 1 tbsp. of rice vinegar, 100 g of cucumbers, 1 portion of salad mix, 100 g of daikon.

Dry tuna steak well with a towel, salt and pepper on one side. Peel cucumber and radish with a knife for cleaning potatoes, and then cut into very thin strips. Place the finely sliced radish and cucumber in a bowl, add the salad mixture, season with soy sauce and rice vinegar. Heat the pan. Pour in it a small amount of olive oil. Place the tuna steaks on a hot frying pan with salt down. Salt and pepper the other side of the tuna directly in the pan. Fry tuna for a couple of minutes on each side, until golden brown. When tuna fry, put the steak on wooden board and finely chop it.

Before serving, season the salad with olive oil. Put the salad on a large plate, put the chopped tuna. Fry sesame in a hot pan without oil until golden brown. Pour the finished edamame bean salad with tuna and soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Edamame and Japanese soybeans are perfect in this salad. Add about half a cup of beans in a salad before going to fill it with soy sauce and rice vinegar. Our edamame bean salad is ready!
