Healthy Summer Salad

Summer always makes us happy by the abundance of vegetables and fruits. The most useful meal is a salad from green goods or fruits. Summer salad is an easy, delicious and useful source of health. Here are some recipes of it.

Lean salad with vegetables. Ingredients: 200g of asparagus, 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, 150g of red radish, bunch of greenery, 2 spoons of olive oil, ground black pepper and salt as you wish.

Cut tomatoes into thin mugs and lay on the bottom of dish. Wash an asparagus, delete hard ends, blanch stems for 3-4 minutes and chop finely. Grind up greenery. Peel the cucumbers. Cut cucumbers and red radish into thin strips. Add greenery, asparagus, salt, pepper and tuck in olive oil. Mix all the ingredients. Lay out salad as a pyramid on tomatoes.

The next one is Bright fruit & vegetable salad. Ingredients: bunch of lettuce, 1 sweet pepper (yellow), 150g of strawberry, 150g of cherry, half of lemon, some dill, 3-5 spoons of sesame or any oil you like.

Tear the leaves of lettuce with your hands and put it into plates. Delete a pit from a cherry and add it to the leaves of lettuce. Clean a strawberry from sepals and cut every berry into the half. Delete hard parts of dill stem, leaving only sprigs with greenery. Chop a sweet pepper. Put it into the plates. Making a sauce, connect oil and juice of half of lemon; carefully fluff up using a halo. Add it to your salad. Enjoy your meal! It is unique and very tasty healthy recipe.

Summer fruits salad. Ingredients: 100g of melon, 50g of plum, 50g of grapes, 2 teaspoons of sour cream, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Clean a pulp of melon from a skin and dice it. Extract pits from plums and slice fruit. Extract pits from every grape and divide it into two halves. Put all fruits into the bowl, add a lemon-juice dressing and pour with sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
