Italian salad with shrimps is very light and tasty. To prepare the salad you will need: 500 g of boiled shrimps, 2 bunches of lettuce, 200 g of tomato ketchup, 100 g of sour cream, 100 g of mayonnaise, 2 cloves of garlic. Soak shrimps in boiling water (as indicated on the packaging), peel them. There is a fact that ready-peeled shrimps are not as juicy and delicious. Cut the lettuce leaves. You can tear them with your hands. Put the salad on flat plate. Lay shrimps on top. Pour the sauce, prepare it as follows. In a cup combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and ketchup (better not to use sharp and sweet). Ketchup is better to add at once, but in small portions to the sauce so that it had a nice pink color. Pass garlic through the press and add to the sauce. This Italian salad is particularly well with white dry wine.
