Pour peas in boiling water for 5 minutes, drain. Finely chop green onions. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water, discard in a colander, and shake off water. Put the pasta back into the pan, sprinkle with oil, and sprinkle with the white part of green onions and black pepper, stir and cool completely. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Mix the pasta with seafood cocktail with a creamy sauce, add the green part of onions, tomatoes and peas. Gently stir and season with more pepper if you wish.
