Ramen Noodle Salad Recipe

We recommend trying the recipe “fried noodles with shrimps”. To make it, you need to boil the pasta and shrimp, and then fry them in a pan with the addition of pepper and garlic. In Japan, China and Korea wheat noodles ramen is also popular.

In China and Japan people decided to make the noodles from any cereals and legumes. A place of honor, along with rice, buckwheat noodles take. The taste of it is quite specific, preparing noodles with seafood, meat or mushrooms. Another unusual appearance – a glass noodles, or as it is called starch noodles. It is made in Asia by mixing water and starch. Noodle dishes are very diverse, among them: “noodles with mushrooms”, “noodles with chicken”, “milk noodles”, “salad with rice noodles and seafood”, “chicken noodle soup” and many others.

How to Make Ramen Noodle Salad

Hearty ramen noodle salad, a rich variety of vegetables, almonds and interesting honey dressing. The original choice for the holiday table, do not pass by!

Ingredients (for 8 batches) of ramen noodle salad: 2 tbsp. of slaw, 2packages of ramen noodles crumbly, 1 tbsp. of peeled and cooked edamame beans, 1 peeled and diced avocado, 1 mango peeled and sliced, 1 \ 2 tbsp. of crushed almonds, 1 \ 2 tbsp. of finely chopped green onions, oriental honey vinaigrette (the ingredients are listed below).

For the eastern honey vinaigrette you will need: 2 \ 3 tbsp. of vegetable oil, 1 \ 3 tbsp. of honey (or agave), 1 \ 3 tbsp. of rice vinegar, 2 tsp of soy sauce, 1 \ 4 tsp of sesame oil, a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Savory Ramen Noodle Salad

Recipe of ramen noodle salad:
Heat the oven to 200C. Arrange romaine crushed noodles and sliced almonds on a baking mix. Bake for 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove the pan from the oven. Once again, stir the nuts with noodles. Return to the oven for 3 minutes. Observe that the noodles are burned. Again, remove from the oven, set aside. To prepare the vinaigrette of honey gently mix all ingredients together. In a large bowl, mix together honey vinaigrette, noodles, nuts and remaining ingredients. Serve ramen noodle salad immediately after cooking.
