Tuna Salad With Mustard and Lemon

Salad with greens and fresh vegetables with olives, eggs and tuna, seasoned with spicy mustard sauce is a great summer dish for the festive table. Tuna has a pronounced specific flavor, slightly reminiscent of the fish meat. Tuna is rich in vitamin D, omega-3, selenium, phosphorus, sodium and potassium. This fish delicacy is perfectly absorbed by the body, normalizes metabolism, and prevents diseases of the cardiovascular system.

To cook amazing tuna salad with mustard you’ll need: 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, 1 red onions, 100g of salad mix, 100g of olives, 2 eggs, 200g of tuna, 1 tbsp of wine vinegar, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of Dijon mustard, freshly ground black pepper, salt.

Healthy Food Tuna Salad With Mustard

Cook the eggs in boiling water for ten minutes. Cut the onion into thin rings, eggs – in quarters, tomatoes and cucumbers – in slices. Spread lettuce leaves and scatter the cucumbers on a plate. Along the edges, place slices of eggs and tomatoes. Scatter olives chaotically. Add the sauce to the center of the salad. Mash with a fork and cover with slices of tuna, sauce them. The onion rings are spread out in a circle.

Instead of canned tuna on tuna salad with mustard boiled fish or chicken, or fried ground beef can be put. Dish is to be complemented with cheese.

What you need for the second version of tuna salad with mustard: 200 g of rice, 185 g of canned tuna, 4 boiled eggs, 4 tomatoes, 4 green onions pen, few sprigs of fresh cilantro or parsley, 1/2 lime (juiced), olive oil, ground black pepper, salt.

What to do:
Boil rice as directed on the package. Boiled eggs are cleaned and cut into quarters. From tuna cans drained (or oil), put the fish in a bowl and mash with a fork. Green onions and cilantro are chopped, and added to the bowl tighter. Cut tomatoes into cubes, mix and also add to the tuna. Add pepper, salt to taste, stir.

Connect the fish mixture with cooked rice, sprinkle with lime juice and olive oil, and stir with a fork. Tuna salad with mustard can also be filled with the yoghurt sauce by mixing it with the pesto sauce in equal proportions: about 2 tsp.
